USAKO Group hosted an accelerator and demo day program at Seoul Startup Hub in S. Korea in October. Total of 26 startups from S. Korea, U.S. and Canadia participated in this two day demo day program on October 25th and 26th.
For this program, USAKO Group invited and about 10 startup and industry professionals to S. Korea. This was a part of USAKO Group's effort not only in bringing and providing soft-landing pad to U.S. startups to S. Korean market, but also offering opportunities for S. Korean startups to network and network with North American professionals and startups.
The North American guest included Mr. Jim Eberlin (startup worth more than $100M), Mr. Gary Kellmann (founded startups more than $70M), Mr. George Wu (U.S. Patent attorney, a Cornell and Stanford graduate), Dr. Chris Morris (a U.S. licensed medical doctor), Dr. Sunny Kim (a Ph.D. in molecular biology and startup expert) and Jeff Wade (vice president of chamber of commerce and startup expert).
